We're based in Calgary and work with Toronto firms remotely. The time study, the install, training and the weekly office hour are booked on Eastern Time, over Teams or Meet.
Month one is the install: a one-week time study and signed baseline on three workflows, the Flightdeck engine set up in your accounts, your first builds, a one-page AI usage policy, and two recorded 60-minute training sessions.
Every month after: one new automation, monitoring, a 30-minute office hour every week, and a one-page Hours Ledger showing the hours saved by workflow.
