We're based in Calgary, so this is home turf. The time study, the install and the weekly office hour run on Mountain Time, over Teams or Meet, with the same one hour a week from your owner or GM.
Month one is the install: a one-week time study and signed baseline on three workflows, the Flightdeck engine set up in your accounts, your first builds, a one-page AI usage policy, and two recorded 60-minute training sessions.
Every month after: one new automation, monitoring, a 30-minute office hour every week, and a one-page Hours Ledger showing the hours saved by workflow.
