Intellectual property

The LaunchBird name, mark, and site content are ours. Photography is used under license (see assets/img/CREDITS.txt). Don't reproduce site content commercially without permission.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no scraping for resale, no attempts to breach security, no use of the contact channels for spam.

Liability

The site is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for damages arising from use of this website. Our liability within engagements is defined by the engagement agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
