The Firm

Built like thesystems we build.

LaunchBird is an AI implementation firm that leads with revenue. Senior-led engagements, deep sector fluency, and systems our clients own outright.

Why we exist

The AI consulting industry produces decks. We produce revenue.

LaunchBird was founded on an uncomfortable observation: most "AI transformation" never touches the income statement. Pilots that never ship. Dashboards no one opens. Strategy documents that age in a drawer while competitors move.

So we inverted the model. Every engagement starts where the money is — the acquisition system — proves its return in instrumented dollars, and only then expands into the operation. We work in five sectors we know deeply, and we build systems our clients own: no black boxes, no hostage infrastructure, no dependency by design.

Operating principles

What we believe.

01

Revenue is the proof.

Not adoption metrics, not activity dashboards, not "AI maturity." If a system can't trace its output to dollars, it isn't finished — and we don't ship unfinished systems.

02

Depth beats breadth.

Five sectors, deliberately. Energy procurement cycles, KYC obligations, PHIPA constraints, luxury buyer psychology, privilege rules — fluency in the details is the difference between a system that converts and one that embarrasses you.

03

The client owns everything.

Systems, data, playbooks — yours, documented, transferable. The work should be good enough that you stay; nothing else should make you.

04

Built for scrutiny.

Every system we install assumes someone will check — a regulator, an auditor, a managing partner. Compliance is architecture, not paperwork added later.

05

Senior hands, start to finish.

The people who design your system are the ones who build and run it. The system that engineers your revenue should never be a junior team following a template.

Where we work

Canadian roots. Sector-first reach.

LaunchBird is built in Canada and works with partners across North America. Engagements run remote-first with on-site working sessions where the work demands it — which, in our sectors, it often does.

Work with the firm.

It starts with the Revenue Audit: two weeks, a sized gap, a specced system. You'll know us well by the end of it — and we'll know your business.
