Who we are

LaunchBird (“we”, “us”) is an AI implementation firm operating in Canada. This policy explains what we collect through this website and how we handle it.

What we collect

If you contact us or request a Revenue Audit, we collect the information you provide: name, company, work email, industry, and anything you include in your message. This site itself does not run third-party advertising trackers.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry, evaluate fit for an engagement, and communicate with you about it. We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not add you to marketing lists you didn't ask for.

Where it lives

Inquiry information is held in our business email and CRM systems, access-limited to the people who handle engagements. We retain it as long as a business relationship is active or reasonably prospective, then delete it on request or per our retention schedule.

Client engagements

Data handled inside client engagements is governed by the engagement agreement and the client's own privacy obligations (e.g., PIPEDA, HIPAA/PHIPA, sector rules) — which take precedence over this website policy.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time: contact@launchbird.ca. Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) applies.

We'll post any changes to this policy on this page with a revised date.
