Furnace quit at 9 pm during that February cold snap. Tech was at the door by 10:30, quoted the blower motor flat-rate off his tablet, and had heat back before midnight. The invoice matched the quote to the dollar.
Another company told me my furnace was "done" and quoted a full replacement. Ridgeline found a $260 pressure switch. That was two winters ago and it's still running. Kind of the whole point of no-commission techs.
